COVID-19/ Telehealth
In order to minimise the risk of transmission whilst continuing to provide essential healthcare services, Mr Sethi will offer bulk billed telehealth consultations (no charge to the patient) for all elective problems and orthopaedic trauma injuries. These are undertaken via video conferencing using Zoom Platform ( Can be downloaded using Links Below). A consult can also be done over the phone. We will follow government regulations in regards to elective surgery bookings. Emergency and trauma surgery is likely to continue with strict precautions.
You will need to provide us with the following information.
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Medicare card number
- GP referral letter
- Location where you had your radiology imaging
- We will organize to obtain your imaging prior to your consultation if you provide us with the details of your radiology service provider.

Our admin team will send you a detailed email when you book your appointment which will explain the telehealth consultation process. This will include completion of our registration and questionnaire online, sending us your referral and any other relevant correspondence including any imaging results. We will also ask you to send us some clinical photos prior and the details of this will be provided in your confirmation email.
Set up in a quiet and well lit area. Avoid any background glare (such as sunlight through a window)so that we can comfortably assess any relevant physical findings.
Video conferencing is undertaken using the Zoom platform which can work on a smartphone, Computer or Tablet
Please ensure the Zoom application is installed prior to your appointment time. You will receive an email that contains a link to join the Zoom meeting. Click on this link 2 minutes prior to your appointment start time to connect to Mr Sethi.
