Understanding Your Agreement with Mr. Raman Sethi

This page outlines the terms and conditions for engaging with Mr. Raman Sethi. By accessing our services and website, you agree to these terms. Our aim is to ensure clarity and transparency regarding our billing practices, information usage, and intellectual property.

Patient Payment Terms

Account Responsibility : You'll receive an account for professional services provided by Mr. Raman Sethi. We bill Medicare/your private health insurance provider directly for the patient account where applicable. However, you, or the nominated patient or nominee, are ultimately responsible for paying the total amount on each attendance or any outstanding balance if your insurer or other payer doesn't cover the full costs of the consultation or treatment.
Itemised Services & Out-of-Pocket Expenses : All services on your account are itemised, and any potential out-of-pocket expenses will be discussed with you before or at the time of your consultation.
WorkCover and TAC Patients : If you're a WorkCover or Transport Accident Commission (TAC) patient, you must provide the correct details of the organisation accepting liability for payment of services, including your employer, insurance company, and claim number, before treatment is undertaken.
Outpatient/Telehealth Consulting Services : Please note that private health funds do not cover outpatient or telehealth consulting services. These services are, however, partially rebatable by Medicare. You'll receive your account after your consultation, and we appreciate settlement at that time. We accept Mastercard and VISA credit facilities.
Settlement Terms : The terms of our contract require settlement of all consultation accounts on the same day as your appointment, and surgical accounts within 30 days of the service. Please be aware that if payment hasn't been received within three months from the date of service, your information may be disclosed to a debt-collecting agency.
